HydroSal® Sebum Control is a sub-micron, dual-action delivery system that provides instant shine reduction and long-lasting oil control. The clear, ready-to-use suspension contains shell-and-core spheres: a lipid core loaded with zinc and niacinamide, and an outer shell of hyaluronic acid and polysaccharides such as starch and tapioca.
