International Orders

We manufacture in New Jersey and ship internationally. Here is what to expect when your order ships outside the United States.

Order confirmation

Your order isn't final until we confirm it. Our team reviews every order and confirms availability and shipping by email, usually within 2 business days.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices or in your checkout total. You are responsible for paying them, usually to the carrier or customs authority when your order arrives. Amounts depend on your country and the product, so we suggest checking with your customs broker before you order.

Shipping options

• DHL Express: choose it at checkout and we will ship with our account.
• Your own carrier account: open "Use your own carrier account or pick up" in your cart and enter your details.
• Pickup: you can arrange collection from our New Jersey facility.

Products ship Ex Works from our facility (Incoterms 2020), and risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. See our Terms of Sale for the full terms.

Import requirements

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to importing, reselling and marketing our products in your country. Spec sheets and documents are available on each product page. If you need something else for customs or registration, contact us.

You can order directly from us wherever we ship. In some countries you can also buy through a local distributor. Find a distributor.
