HydroSal® SalSilk

HydroSal® SalSilk is a solution for fine or damaged hair by restoring and maintaining healthy hair with encapsulated keratin. HydroSal® SalSilk efficiently deposits keratin onto the hair, forming a protective layer. The release of keratin from the sub-micron spheres is modulated by diffusion, which prolongs the thickening and shine-enhancement in a formula. The shell polymers also provide a protective layer to safeguard from hot tools for healthy and easy to manage hair.

The HydroSal® technology enables sustained release of active ingredients on the hair cortex through improved adhesion. This yields a longer residence time leading to increased efficacy of active ingredients.
